Program Objectives:


Provide Comprehensive Information: Offer students detailed insights into various career paths, educational qualifications required, job opportunities, and the examinations necessary to enter different sectors.

Enhance Employability Skills: Equip students with the knowledge and skills essential for enhancing their employability in the future.

Foster Goal-Setting and Planning: Encourage students to set realistic career goals and develop plans to achieve them.

Program Content:


Introduction to Career Guidance:


Importance of early career planning.

Overview of career opportunities available after completing higher education.


Detailed Career Pathways:


Doctors: Educational qualifications, entrance examinations (NEET), colleges, career opportunities in various medical fields.

Engineers: Pathways through JEE, GATE, and other entrance exams, types of engineering (Civil, Mechanical, IT, etc.), and their career prospects.

Army, Air Force: NDA, CDS exams, the roles and responsibilities in the defense sector, and growth opportunities.

Teaching: Pathway to becoming a teacher, including B.Ed., M.Ed., and TET/CTET exams, career prospects in various educational institutions.

Civil Services (IAS, IPS, etc.): Preparation strategies, necessary qualifications, and the role of a civil servant in society.

Other Sectors: Discussion on emerging fields such as IT, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, etc.
